Below are the items I ordered for the first time through your company. I just wanted to say thanks. They were just delievered and the luggage is perfect and just what I was looking for. But the two best parts are that I got to deal with a Canadian company and received an excellent price, the LOWEST of any of the sites I checked out. One or two even had them listed at the original $600 price tag. Your price for the set was $284!!! Awesome for me.
I was standing at Pearson airport in Toronto last week watching black bag after black bag come down onto the carosuel and right there I made the decision to 1) find something a different clolour that I would pick out right away and 2) something that can handle being bounced around. The below luggage fits that description to a "T".
So I say thanks for the amount of selection you offer, the exceptional price and for being a Canadian company. The only bad part might be that I never need luggage again!!!! However, rest assured I will be letting as many of my travel friends know about your site and my satisfaction with your company.

I recently purchased from this store two large soft side suitcases of a well known brand. Both suitcases are exactly as described on the website and of good quality. One of the pieces I had ordered was no longer available and the company reimbursed me promptly. I dealt with their agent, Allen, and I must compliment him on the helpful, courteous manner in which he handled my questions.

I wanted to say I spent probably a couple hours live chatting with 'Andrew' today. Wednesday, November 23, 2016. I started asked dozens of questions about the Travelpro carry on bags. He gave me a ton of very helpful information, was very polite and went to extreme trouble to find or get the answers to my questions. I then stopped that chat and came back on live chat later in the day and got him again. I was shocked. I felt rather bad I had to trouble him again. He was more than willing to go out of his way and make suggestions. I have health issues and needed a specific carry on bag and that met the Air Canada size requirements. I also didn't want heavy bag to start with. He made a new suggestion and that turned out to fit everything I needed absolutely perfectly. I have ordered the product and am excited to get it. The MOST IMPORTANT part is that this spinner bag does not 'wander' it glides beside you when you walk, you don't have it trying to go in different directions. I told him I have Multiple Sclerosis and balance issues myself and that was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. He assured me it would not. He even said he put it through the machine to check the size requirements and that he had the bag beside him and walked with it to assure me that it did NOT wander. So I'm scared to death that it might, but I am hoping after all this effort this turns out fantastic.
Just thought it nice and he should be acknowledged for his endless help with me today. He could not have done a more thorough job.
Please see that this gets into the right hands so his great job is recognized.

I am a first time user of your online luggage site. I found it easy to manoeuvre and the Paypal method of payment was great. Although on the briefcase with wheels page, you definitely need an inside shot of the products and multi angle (front, back and side) and the weight of the product is very important.
