Most of our orders leave the same day if received by 3 p.m. EST time Monday - Friday. In certain cases, order processing times can take up to 4 business days. To get an estimate of when your order will leave our warehouses, please see the estimated processing time stated on each product page. All shipping and processing timeframes and/or shipping methods/providers listed on CanadaLuggageDepot.ca are to be considered estimates and are not guaranteed. Please note that during the holiday season, due to heavy volumes, shipping timelines may be delayed on the part of couriers who experience a larger than normal volume of parcels. Canada Luggage Depot is in no way responsible for delays on the part of the courier and cannot be held accountable for their delays.

SHIPPING RATES
We are proud to offer you free shipping over 49$ (before taxes) to most locations in Canada. If you do not qualify for free shipping, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of the products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be (if applicable).
BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
SHIPPING TIMES
When you place an order with CanadaLuggageDepot.ca, we do everything we can to pack, ship, and have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our cutoff shipping time is 3 PM EST. All shipping timeframes and/or shipping methods/providers listed on CanadaLuggageDepot.ca are to be considered estimates and are not guaranteed.
Canada Luggage Depot does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. Canada Luggage Depot also reserves the right to choose a different shipping carrier than the one selected by the customer at checkout in order to ensure the best possible service. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance and mention your deadline in an email you send us at info@canadaluggagedepot.ca. If you would like to ship with a specific carrier, please send us an email along with your order number and request and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Canada Luggage Depot is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers.
DAMAGED / UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@canadaluggagedepot.ca. We may ask you to provide us with pictures or return the item within 48 hours of receipt. We will then issue a refund or replace the damaged product. Please keep the item(s) and its packaging in case they’re required for the claim assessment.
